As a Studio Ops Lead at Complex, I oversee technical execution across productions, specializing in lighting design and gear management. I’ve led the studio’s transition into a 4K ready control room and designed lighting setups for every major shows including Goat Talk and our vertical video series. Beyond execution, I built and automated our rental system and equipment management workflow from scratch in Airtable, and I manage our entire gear inventory and procurement process, ensuring each production is fully supported and visually dialed in.Previously, I contributed to dynamic content at BuzzFeed and The Huffington Post, where I honed my skills in technical setup, stage operations, and fast-paced creative problem solving that continue to shape my approach today.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and experience design helping brands communicate clearly without losing their voice.Through hands-on work at Ceylon Studios, and collaborations with platforms like BuzzFeed, Complex, and Huffington Post, I learned something early on:
the most effective systems don’t overwhelm, they Guide.

Whether I was shaping visual narratives, building interactive content, or designing digital workflows, the goal was always the same:
reduce friction, create clarity, and help people move forward with confidence.That philosophy now drives how I build AI systems.I don’t see AI as a flashy tool or a replacement for human connection.
